it's just because some of the variables aren't used that are defined. All scripts have errors, even including vBulletin.
I know what these errors/notices mean. And vBulletin shows about 3 error notices on full error reporting. But unlike vBulletin, your code doesn't set the error reporting to its default value (E_ALL ^ E_NOTICE). So if someone had his error reporting set to E_ALL by default on his server, he'd get all these errors. Anyway, just pointing this out 'cause sooner or later it'll cause problems for someone, and it can be easily avoided by adding one line of code. I still think most of these notices are unnecessary, though... All errors are logged by PHP (by default), and having that much slows the execution time down (open log file, write to it, close it, repeat...).
