FLEX/Flash Programmer Required - PHP/mySQL Knowledge Advantageous

    Hi

    I am seeking a programmer that can code a complex video manipulation tool in Flash/FLEX.

    In essence the tool needs to be capable of stripping audio from videos from various sources.

    This project is quite complex and is not for the amateur programmer.

    Please only contact me if you are fluent in English as communication is the key to this projects success.

    I am looking to spend up to $2000 on this project and additional work will be required as the project progresses.
