Alright, This is a serious issue these days.... PLEASE READ THIS. With the economy going horribly wrong, competition up to everyone's heads. Have you ever noticed that most members on DP, especially those in competing niches just blurt out the word SCAM SCAM SCAM as soon as one little thing goes wrong? This is extremely painful to webmasters who spend many hours and hundreds of dollars just to be killed by false words from competitors. My situation, I am currently enjoying a $40 per year unlimited Alpha Reseller account at fleahost.com. and I recently got an email from the admin at Fleahost saying that they may shut down due to a drastic decrease in sales because of obviously ppl search up "fleahost scam" before buying on google and find this post here. This was a post made by a DP member, who according to fleahost did not pay or email them at all. Going by the username "nottyguy" http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?p=12189473 on google search results. Now I really don't know what exactly happened between this stubborn DP member and Fleahost. But if Fleahost sent me my fully functioning account, there is no reason not to send his. The admin of Fleahost and I are pretty good friends and we share scripts and tips. And this is hosting we are talking about, ability to create hosting accounts proves it is not a scam. Bottom line, Competition is tough these days, and I too believe this is a competitor trying to kill Fleahost for competition reasons. And that is the reason why most professional companies do not advertise on DP. It is because of all the stubborn newbies on the Internet. I really hope to hear your opinions and stories on this rising issue. FLEAHOST.COM IS A LEGIT COMPANY, UPDATE!! The admin of fleahost launched an anti scam page which is a smart idea even you members on DP can copy. So if there is ppl calling you a scam, Then it is a great idea to keep track of every site or forum that does so. Well it is the least i can do since I want to my sites with them and not go through the hassle of moving somewhere else. And also the admin is a good friend of mine. btw i have over 22 sites and currently 4 customers. And about 3 forums. It would be an extreme hassle to move all that.
