    Hello!
Do You know any flatrate CPM networks?
Something like pay-ads.com (I am using them and I am pretty happy).
The only thing I need is payout via PayPal.

I am interested only in banners and layer ads, no popups/popunders.

    Thanks!

I'm also using pay-ads.com and it's very good. I too want to know responses from other DP members

I know of some good paying CPM networks that pay around 65% - 70% of their earnings, but they don't pay a flat rate. The earnings normally change depending on the quality of your traffic, the location of your traffic, etc.

    Nevermind....

Pay-ads is a strange program. I'm sure they pay, but I don't know about them...

I know, that pay-ads is strange, but:
    - they really do pay, I have received one payment so far and expecting new one today or tomorrow,
    - they really do have high CPM - $3.5.
    - I've contacted their support once, it works.

So, I've found one more flatrate CPM, but it pays only by checks and I have not checked it yet (placed their stuff on my page, but stats haven't updated yet).
    It's http://www.thenewsroom.com/ - their CPM is $4.00.

I visited a few sites with pay-ads on them and they slow down my pc to where I cannot do anything for some reason. I have to completly exit my browser and reboot. That's why I thought it was strange. But if it pays good, best of luck. :)

Thenewsroom looks good. Now we just need to know if they pay.
