Well, it does reek of everything I expect from the moment someone mentions "PSD" -- what with the illegible color contrasts, absurdly undersized fixed metric fonts, and broken attempt at responsive layout (mostly broken due to layout elements that have no business on a responsive layout -- that that fat bloated jquery based image slider nonsense) Of course with the lack of media targets on the CSS LINK, SPAN doing background-image's job, presentational classes like "LEFT", H3 on things that quite obviously aren't headings, IE conditionals to cover up gaps in the developers knowledge (there is almost never a legitimate reason to put a CSS include in a IE CC apart from not knowing how to build a layout properly), the whole document being in transition from 1997 to 1998 coding practices (as proudly declared in the first line of code), and a viewport meta designed to make sure mobile users can't zoom... Needs some work. Though again, entirely what I've come to expect once I hear a PSD jockey was involved.
