Flat rate Ads - Which ad networks offer them?

    I want to ask experts out there who buy lot of traffic and ads.
    Which ad networks offer flat rate ads like adbrite used to do in the past.
    Adengage and adtoll do it now.
    Who else?

    And does anyone know of a cheap ad network script on sale that can allow me to run my own flat ad network? Similar to clone of adengage or adtoll?

    matched.co.uk offers a flat of 3 pounds/omonth for each advert displayed on Your site and they pay - checked myself :)

    also money4banners.com ( 5$/month per each ad ) - didn't checked them myslef - my sites haven't got accepted.

    thanks but i am more interested in finding out which companies offer flat rate ads to advertisers instead of publishers.
    In other words to buy ads
