Don't worry about it. I've been here for awhile and I've witnessed this sort of thing several dozen times. What ultimately happens is that the thing eventually blows over and everyone soon forgets about it.

Just conduct yourself as you normally do and your reputation will be based on how you conduct yourself today and tomorrow, as opposed to what others may say about you yesterday. People are not fools and seldom will judge a member based on what one person says.

Good luck to you with all.

You are actually tarnishing your own name. You have no credibility (no real history on the site) (post numbers doesn't really count) and your reaction is way too defensive and aggressive.

When met with legitimate questions, you answer them. It's as simple as that. Both for our sake and yours, an open discussion is better than using PMs since that will allow for public scrutiny.

I'm not saying you're a scammer; I don't know you. But your actions doesn't put you in a good light. The comments about matching your name with the script name / SEO is ridiculous, and hold no water.

PoPsicle i did nothing wrong. I answered his questions I gave my reasoning, I broke no rules and I didn't get mad until he flat out told everyone that I was a scammer. That guy can go to hell and honestly you can go to hell if you want to keep on going with this. I don't really care if in your opinion an open discussion is better its at my discretion how I want to conduct my business. Not yours his or anyone else's. You don't go trolling on other peoples posts talking smack when your not even interested in the product being sold. Like I said I sold the script so honestly the topic is closed.

Of course it is at your discretion - however, it doesn't leave you with a lot of goodwill, which will help further business. That's what I meant. You being aggressive, however bad the reasoning in the comments were, reflects badly at you. Same for telling me to go to hell - not very smart either.

This is an open board. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and to voice that opinion on the threads. Sometimes that will lead to discussions and disagreements, and how that is being handled is a great tell. Neither of you handled this very well, unfortunately.

The same goes for not using the built-in way of doing payments and so on, hence no way of giving feedback. Feedback helps other buyers, and gives you more credibility. I'm just saying that a person's word doesn't matter. What the person can show, it being good reviews, good feedback, great amounts of likes and best answers and such, will count more, since we don't know each other personally.

As for the script, and the selling of the script, as I said, the reasons for not wanting your name linked is a bit silly - IIRC, you can choose to have your listing public or not (ie, targeted for indexing), and you don't use your real name, so how is it being linked to you in any way? I'm just saying that it works better and avoids this whole discussion if the info is there up front.

But, you got it sold, good for you.
