I am trying to create a Flat Design for a simple School Web Site.
Can you give me please some tips regarding the layout, colors, the form and other stuff?!

I like the colors, the centering seems out of place with a modern, flat design.
I think you should left-justify the header items, aligning the top of the logo with the top of the first line of text and the bottom of the logo with the bottom of the second line of text.
Then, right-justify the footer content and reduce some of the space between the lines.

I suggest to add a slight simple gradient to blue fields. It will give a nice "modern" touch. This tool maybe helpful for fast CSS gradient generating.
EDIT: Can't add links for some reasons. Just search for "css gradient generator".

As I know gradient isn't a "feature" of Flat Design Style.
