I will put in a bid of $30 to start you off Not because of the site which belongs in the bin and I'm sure while you haven't been banned you have caused the domain permanent damage, hence the far lower then normal bid, you know if you had put up a half decent site and tried just a little bit to grasp web standards my bid would probably have had 2 noughts on the end. But you haven't its damaged goods but maybe something that can be partly recovered from with a serious amount of work.
So buy the site and change it. FYI that's what this thread is for. if you'd like to discuss SEO techniques and ethics there are more appropriate forum categories.
