Flashing div backgrounds against adsense TOS?

    Hello,

    I was wondering if flashing DIV backgrounds are against adsense TOS? I just re-read the TOS and couldn't find anything about it.

    If the flashing background is on the entire page, then it would be fine. But if it's a DIV holding the Adsense unit, so that the ad-unit background is flashing, then I think this would be considered drawing unusual or unnatural attention to the ad-unit, and would therefore violate the TOS.

    Any kind of decoration which may attract visitors to the ads is against TOS.

    I read it somewhere,
    You can't have flashing border around Adsense Unit.
    so it can be the same thing for background.
