    I am selling flasherize.com, along with the ChatRoom technology. I sell the code encrypted right now, but you will be purchasing the entire rights (with unencrypted code) to resell the product like I do. I currently do not have the time to manage the site like I thought previously, so if you'd like to grow and expand the business this is perfect.

    I will be providing the ActionScript and FLA files. I code very well, so the PHP files that power the backend and ActionScript files that power the frontend are very well coded. You'll also receive the PSD files.

    The customer area script is not included, but the site design and product is included... along with the forum software. This product has the potential to make hundreds of thousands if marketed correctly.

    Also, I will be giving up my right to sell this product.

    The site has been featured on actionscript.org and flashkit.com.

    I am able to speak on the phone if you'd like and would prefer a bank transfer.

    what is the limitations of the script, ie max users,also support or upgrades who can perform upgrades to the script? also please send me traffic stats so I can see how well the site gets traffic I am VERY interested

    I am here. I was expecting PMs.

    The price range is around $5000 because if marketed well you can make more than that easily. I just do not have the time. :)

    There aren't any max users, but it depends on the server. I am basically selling the site to someone who can maintain the script, but the product is essentially complete.

    500 offer from me there are too many chat rooms out there and many free so this would be hard to market HOWEVER it is a good looking custom site with potential so with that in mind 500 is my highest bid and paypal payment to you
