I have a client site with a small flash area near the top of the home page. See http://www.fastnetfinishing.co.uk .

I've heard about optimising for flash. But as I understand it, all that means is that all your efforts must be off page. Am I correct? Or are there "on page" enhancements you can do to flash?

As far as I know, there aren't any tags which could optimise Flash presentations. It's really down to the speed of the client's internet and the size of the flash presentation.

There may be some tags that will allow you to set the quality of the flash animation to a lower setting allowing for lower bandwidth users to load the animation quicker.
