Buying Flash Wheel Prize

    I need something like this: http://brand-gaming.com/prize_wheel_spin_only.htm

    BASICS
    -A similar wheel with similar sounds.
    -It will have a $grand_prize amount value (will pull from an external xml file)
    -It will have 0-10 numbers, 1-10 will repeat twice
    -There will be some logic around the values, meaning grand prize should be harder to get
    -A limit value will be set (will pull from an external xml file)

    PLAY
    -It will load a $value from the DB and display it
    -It will display the $limit
    -It will allow player to input a $number, not to exceed $limit or $value, whichever is lower
    -On spin, the $number will be multiplied to the $spin_value (if 0-10; otherwise $grand_prize) and record in DB (one INSERT line and one UPDATE)
