    If you can do this please send me a quote for 2 things,

    1. Very Simple Website without transitions and sound

    2. More complex with simple page transitions and sound

    and tell me how much it would cost to have a fish swimming around

    I can do this work but befour starting work please send me cost and more detail.
    All pages in flash or only home page. if all pages in flash so that my cost $1000.
    if only home page in flash so that my cost $600

    wow.. that's a huge amount of money you quote. but, maybe its because you are so professional, maybe you should PM OP your previous work so he knows that you're truly professional and you deserve to get that budget.
