[Flash Video Player] How to place an ad above the "play" button?

    See the video window?

    Whenever you open that page, there is an ad above the "play" button.

    Whenever you pause it, it's the same.

    How can I do this? Google returns only crappy results like google play to view ads.

    Also, is there a way to manually make the ads hover while the video is playing -- at the bottom of the videos?

    I bet many other webmasters would also like to know this.

    I thought this had to do with the ads providers. try another google search.

    From what I can tell, this is manually adding a parameter to the "play" button.

    Anyone?
