Flash Video Grabber Software

    Hi guys,

    I was wondering if any of you knew of any software that could grab videos from sites such as nothingtoxic.com and youtube.com etc... then convert them into the right files they need to be to upload to one of my own sites via something like wordpress?

    Would really appreciate any help :)

    there is a program you can get to retreive videos from youtube.com but i am not sure about other sites,
    then obviously when you have downloaded it as a .flv it can be converted with an up to date video converter.

    i suggest you can use a INTERNET DOWNLOAD MANAGER... This software can grab videos from sites...

    for liable sources i got this from thier site:
