I think you should lessen your flash, IMO, spiders don't crawl it much. Flash sometimes could make your website slow and require visitors to install plugins before they can see your website. In terms of SEO, search engines treat flash as a graphic and cannot analyze content inside a flash file. The implication means a flash website is hard to get top search engine ranking.

I have some flash sites made with sitemaker/moonfruit. They are really code heavy got they do ok. If you type 'domain investing' into google.co.uk my site (domain chest) is #1 and also page 1 for all of the web-10million pages. The keywords are not very competitve, but it show Search engines can still read them.
