Flash Site Review Please

I have a Flash site that I would like reviewed.

    www.intrepidseo.com

Any suggestions for usability and appearance? I think one of the main issues is that all the flash pages open under one html page, so
    A) users press back the back button, and it takes them to the site before mine.
    B) Not good for SEO if theres just one page.

Should I work toward changing this?
    and
How could I make the site look more professional?

    Thanks in advance!

it's too slow and heavy to load your site that will make visitors impatient. In general, it's unprofessional

The site loading with the single blank bar and took more time for loading. And once it loads, the home page disappears immediately, check it out.

I have it hosted on a home server with an old dell I wasn't using, and verizon business fios. Is this too slow for the site? Should I just get a virtual private server for it?

Everything is fine for me, looks nice but the navigation animation is a bit fast in my opinion something a little slower and smoother would be nice, but at any rate still really nice flash site.

from a usability stand point I have a few suggestions.
1- what do you want them to do?
I was drawn to the 3d graph and there is nothing "actionable" there.
Then I was drawn to the tag line (hard to read against the white background)
and I kinda missed the "more info"
If this is what you want them to click on make that intent more obvious.

2- Once I clicked into the site, the old standard - "back button" in my browser is disabled.
So I have to learn a new bahavior to access more of the site or go back to the front page.
That is called heuristics. How much learning a user must do before they can go forward.
    Too high.
    :)

3- Once I am on a content page WHERE did all the cool color go?
Its like I made a mistake...

    my 2 cents

    :)

I changed the site so that the back button works: made every thing a separate html page, and put the flash movies in that way. Took me a while but I agree its far easier to use. I don't want people pressing back, and getting away from my site, and frustrated.

I tested the load times on a couple websites and all were about 0.5-0.75 seconds, which I think is fine for a flash site...

I feel like its a kind of cramped site... All my text is small and there isn't a lot of open space. Now that the individual flash movies are on separate pages it will be easier to make larger individual pages that are scrollable.

    Any Other Suggestions?

Nice design but it doesn't fit a professional business such as yours.

the site is not bad at all but it takes little time to load.
all flash related sites takes some time to load but i donot understand one thing why would some body want to create a flash website.?

many users have become content savvy and they understand the importance of contents not the flash images or graphics.

pay attention on your site contents and work your way out to promote it
