Flash radio player

I would like to know whether there are any free shoutcast/icecast flash player that streams. If not is there anyone that could quickly make one for me?

Something like this:

 

Hey I can do this. But not quickly.
Because, I want to know how you are going to broadcast the streams.

it will take around 3 weeks to build something like this its not easy, however, yahoo and google had released a free flash player where you can use. google it
