Flash posts variables to PHP

    I need someone to put together a php file that will receive its variables from a flash file.

    The variables are:
    filePath ; this is the relative path of the uploaded file
    start ; number of seconds offset to start the encoding from.
    duration ; duration of the selection in seconds.
    ringtoneFormat ; mp3 or M4A or QCP
    ringtoneName ; name given by the user (12 chars max)
    number ; mobile Number set by the user ;
    action ; "send";
    carrier ; mobile carrier name;

    please respond with an estimate in time and cost.


    Edit:
    the script would perform a set of if and else if statements.... the if and else if statements are already coded based on a different script functions so mainly I just need someone to put it together.
