Buying Flash + PHP Programmer

    Hello, I'm in need of a programmer who knows Flash and PHP fairly well.

    See, I have a website where users can download mp3's

    At the top there's the flash player, and I'm looking for someone to create an option where the users can click a button on it to pop up a new window and continue playing the same song without interruption so that they can browse the website and still listen to music.

    Please also tell me how much it will cost.
