Let me know if you want the effects or if you just want the flash animation. There is no limit to how many images you can have but the photos must be in the same folder that the finished .swf file is kept in for it to work. I also need to know what the background color will be. In the example I am using white since the images all have white backgrounds. I also need to know the animation size. So, I'm confused by the demo. Does this read the files from a directory, meaning we can change the photos, or does it require the photos be inside the flash file? PM me if it reads from a directory. Thanks, James
