Flash or nicely design buttons + avator + wordpress

    I need someone design me nice buttons like on
    http://www.digitalport.co.uk/ the blue ones exact black color with drop down

    also looking for a avator post here your prices :)

    Also I need someone to fix my wordpress template. So it be the same in ie and in firefox
