Flash Media Server RTMFP make a connection

    I am new to flash media server...Can someone tell me the process of making a rtmfp connection for my website? If i used flash media server's such as Influxis or Wowza how would i enable a connection? I know you require flash player 10 or higher. But do you you need to edit asc file? Would i need to install Cirrus?What are the basic ingredients to make a p2p chat?
    Or, if you know of any rtmfp tutorials that you think can help me. I would appreciate it if you can give me a link.
