Flash,HTML or CSS ?

    I am new to this but i want to buy a profesional template for my new website so what do you think which one to choose,which format is the best?

    You can't solely have a CSS site. CSS is used to style HTML.

    CSS is better.Flash is less supported in Web 2.0 and its not search engine friendly.
