[FLASH] Hiring News Flasher

    I need this http://www.imgcow.com/uploads/256flash.jpg turned into a news flasher

    would be nice to have it auto refresh every 5-10 seconds with new content. And needs to be clickable.

    Hopefully you know a little PHP as well I need it to read from a php file. I can edit the php file to run the sql results.

    So basically I need

    1 - News Image
    2 - News Headline
    3 - Link it to news

    I need this done hopefully by the end of weekend
