Buying Flash header effects

    Hello,

    Looking for someone who can add some flash effects to my website's header and logo.

    Here's an example of what I'm looking for (flash header effects):

    This is my header:

    I'm not looking for the exact same effects to be added to my header, but instead some flash (loop) effects that will make the header come "alive". The effects need to be in a loop and load very smoothly. My budget for this is $50 USD (PayPal only), willing to go higher if outcome is better than expected.

    If you have, include some links to previous works/examples.
