Flash Guru Needed for Project

I"m looking for someone to create a Flash Page where the video (that I've already made) forwards to an opt in page the flies from the top of the page…bounces twice…settles…and then the Ecover graphic has a heart beating out of the graphic repeatedly with some nice background music that is mysterious and flows nicely with the heart beating…...the music is not the most important things but that flows with the overall theme.

Does anyone recommend a fellow member? Someone that has some a decent ITRADER rating perferred.
