Hi,

The reason why I have not added a logo is because I have found sometimes people want to add their own custom logo. This is a brand new site.
In terms of the site itself is a custom website as is, and can be further customized through admin panel.
The current logo is mearly a place holder that the theme supplies if you donot upload a custom one.
If the logo is the only issue you have, to make or break doing business with me, I will have a logo made for you no problem after the sale and install it.

But this site isn't a copy of anything but a basic theme, like when you build a wordpress site for the first time the 2014 theme is shown by default, until you add another theme or plugins etc.. it will not look different, but that doesn't mean it is a copy. Just have not been further customized.

Many of the widgets and ads you see are just placeholders and can be changed around. This website admin panel is very flexible in terms of setting the look and feel of the actual website to how you would want it.

The plugin is in fact myarcade ultimate.
Although they allow single use on as many sites that I own, to resell this website I will have to buy another license. That amount has been factored into my asking price, and a new license was assigned to this site.
So to answer your question this site and license will be rightfully able to be transferred over to new owner without any issues what so ever for new owner.
