Hi guys Ive programmed a software player that after downloading and running lets people play various flash games. Now as far as im aware this is legally ok as everyone allows flash games to be hosted and linked to from websites. Any thoughts appreciated

there should be a link back to the website and it should be credited.. then Its ok I guess.... but TBH I dunno anything about this _
I guess its illigal, as long as you don't let the user see the whole site (the site providing the games) it must be illigal, because you are then using their bandwidth when playing games on their server. But if you give a bit more technical description on how the software works, its easier to know what exacly it does and if its illigal or not.
The games will be part of the software so they wont be hosted on any site they will be installed on the persons pc as part of the software install. I will be giving the software away for free and all the games generally have a link back to the developers site so i think im ok...Just not 100% sure
I personally would recommend you to either buy a flash game pack (some people here on DP offers them) or ask the owners before using it. I'm pretty sure its illigal if you dont have permission.
