I intend to develop a game site (used collection of game that I bought). The seller said it's a collection he has made over the net.

Is it okay to have such site? I have seen many site using Game Script Site.. is it a legal thing?

Will someone sue me for taking their flash game?

Game site is legal as long as you dont modified the source code of the free games. Most of the site let you use their free games (with their logo/link) in tact. So it is actually a good promotion for them - your site visitors actually goto them.

Some company dont like their game to be used elsewhere, they likely to place anti-hotlinking of URL-checking code in their games. If they dont have such protection and you include the game in your site - better be prepare to remove it when they ask you to.

If you are in doubt about using a game, just email the site and ask permission. The game owner is usually more than happy to let you use the game with their link in it.

One thing about flash game sites though. This niche is completely saturated since the proliferation of game site scripts. Don't expect to make tons of money. Plus clicks on game and entertainment sites are worth very little (under .05 usually) :(

Ofcourse they will sue you if you didn't buy the copyright of the game.
Make sure you did buy the game together with it's copyright of the game.
It depends on the contract you've agreed with.
