Hi guys, I just started to build a new flash game site and need advice from expert on this field. Where can I hire people who are working on uploading? I need approx 5-8000 top rated and high quality games on this site and where can I find people who will do it? What's the price for it and in general, how to start a successful business on this niche?? Thanks in advance

Find somebody who is good in Flash and let him do the games. Also you need to market your website too.. SEO and Social Media to gain more users and traffic.

b4 u spend alot of money and effort try to upload like 1000 games first n do some seo becz there alot of competition u need hard work in marketing.....
