Flash game codes from other sites

Just wondering, since i've made a system so users can add links to other flash games off other arcades (onlinegames.net for example) would the owner of the arcade have any right/power etc to shut my site down for using their content.

Basically, the users can copy in the game thumbnail, description, title, .swf link and full embed text so users can then copy/paste it elsewhere. The information will still be linked to the other sites as well, so I guess (i think) using their bandwidth.

Of course if any owner comes to me and asks for their content to be removed I would, but would i still get in any trouble just for using it on mine (partly to boost content amount).

Best I can explain it really, thanks for any help :)

Flash Games are generally freely distributed but it would be a bad idea to link off from another site without their knowledge because it means they are paying for your bandwidth usage and it is unfair to them.

    Ask first before linking.

Hotlinking is unethical, pure and simple. You are stealing their bandwidth, when the games are almost all available for free public use. Transfer the games to your server, and provide whatever services you want, but don't hotlink! :(
