Flash file Doesn't display

I am using the below PHP codes :

Flash file does display on one PC but not on the Other One.

I have Installed the Flash Plugin also.

I tried Mozilall , IE and Chrome Browser but Its same.

Kindly advice

I'd suggest to use SWFObject version 2.2 - much more simple to use.
