Flash Developer Needed for little app

    I'm looking for a flash developer who can piece together some sample code to produce a working webcam capture app. Actionscripting is a must. Design work is not so much at it will be basic.

    The app would have a button to take a picture (using flash's built in webcam functionality), and then would upload the image data to the webserver.
