Flash Desinger wanted !

    I want to hire one flash designer to do some work.I will try to explain it.(Since I am not a designer I don't know how to describe it; but try my level best).

    Its a Shipping company site.They need to add a flash movie in there home page.It should have :

    A sea with waves and a ship moving inside.
    Also a seashore with some text links.

    So at what rate you can do it ?

    I am having a small budget.Please do reply your lowest bid.
    If we get this work right we can hire you for more !
