Buying Flash Designer Needed

    Hi Everyone,
    I have a web design client whose site I just finished. However, he wants some text on his website (it's in a graphic) to glisten like the logo on the top left-hand corner of http://www.millenniumice.com/index.html. The site does this using Flash, and I don't know of any other way to do it. Is anyone able to do this for my client? I'm not proficient at Flash, I'm an HTML5 kind of guy.

    If you're interested, send me a PM with some info and an approximate price. This will need to be done on two graphics.
