Buying Flash designer needed!

    I'm looking for someone to create a flash banner. I say "flash banner" but its not exactly a banner, just something very similar.. a bit larger than a typical advertising banner. The designer must be able to make a spinning wheel like in "the price is right." There will be several outbound links and just a couple beginning pop-ups that include something like a "spin" or "spin now" button is all.

    I wish i can help you but i don't really deal with flash banners. But if you need a logo or other psd designs let me know. Thanks
