Buying flash designer needed

    I need a simple flash banner. It will be something like you see on http://www.gregsmithequipment.com/Default.asp?Redirected=Y. It will have three frames that links to its own page. I will give exact details about the site this is for and about each frame.

    Also we will need the .swf file to be able to change the frames whenever we want.

    Please PM me your price, timeframe and portfolio.
