    The budget is low because you are not doing the design. I just need logo inserted, and links changed... that's all. The budget was based on other 3 quotes I've got. I just can't get any of the other 3 designers because of payment methods they accept or they can't do it this week.

    i should be able help you out... i've done this sort of stuff couple of times before.

    i don't have paypal though, but you can send it using Xoom (using your paypal acct with an additional fee of $3.50).
