Buying Flash design simple work

    I will need to replicate something in flash somekind of a flash video player.
    I dont need to do the videoplayer functions , i just need some kind of video player and when people clicks on play, they should be redirected to a page.
    I will show u an exact example.

    Well I'd need more information, I think this can be done in something else if you just need a redirect after they click on the play button, could you send me more information?
