Hi, Excuse the total lack of technical jargon but I would like to create a 'zoomed in, gentle fly around an image' animated type thingy... Are there any free or low cost Flash CS4 alternatives that could do this? Thanks in advance.
Older versions of Flash cost dramatically less than the latest version. Flash CS4's price will also decline once CS5 comes out (it's slated for release pretty soon, but you never really know when it's going to come out).
Nothing really compares to flash cs4, but he is right the older versions will get the job done with a fraction of the cost. If you wanted to go completely free then type in free flash creator/editor on google or something along those lines.
