Flash CS3 - Exporting animated .gif

I'm having a problem with Adobe Flash CS3, trying to export the stage as an animated gif, and the colors are simply ugly, it's like the quality is set to 1 from 1-10.

How should I set it up in order to have the quality high. Size doesn't matter.

Don't export your animation from flash to animated gif. flash doesn't create clean looking gif files, the lines are usually jagged and the colors dithered.
My suggestion is to first export your movie as a bitmap sequence, and then import these bitmaps into a program such as JASC Animation Shop or Adobe ImageReady, which will produce a sharp and clean animated gif.

Still the SWF isn't exactly as the instance. The lines have rough edges, any tips to max it out?

I always use publish settings, though I'm sure you've already tried this.

My best advice would be what cyberkey said to get the best results.
