Flash Banner Request

    I need a 800x200 Flash banner made for a Runescape.com Gaming site. The flash banner will be much like the banner seen on this template monster template http://www.templatemonster.com/website-templates/10254.html if you click on the part that says "flash banner included" I will need a flash banner that matches my vbulletin websites template. It will need to have runescape animation, maybe some pictures some action shots ect. When clicked it will need to display some animation such as the banner in the example I gave you does but instead


    of being hosting orianted it would need to be much of a runescape theme but display our sites features, slogan, and "why choose us" part in the animation.



    Please give me a quote on this.
