    Try those, i use flash CS4, scomes with AS 3
    But that is AS 2

    If you don't have time to learn Adobe Flash, you could try something like SWISH. It's more like FLASH with training wheels, but it's really easy to learn. Hope this helps.

    Take a look at Flash Effect Maker Pro - I managed to build a great flash intro without knowing anything about flash.

    There is also Trendy Flash and Mix-FX - you can check these two as well.

    Take time to learn in Adobe Flash, SWISH also is a great option.
