Flash Animation Question

    If i have jpg of a image, is it easy to go in and add animation? IE flashing lights and whatnot

    Very easy, just import the image and add the animation.

    It is easy to import but you should consider how to animate it since jpg is doesn't support a transparent background for an image..:)

    Well because the image is going to be done professionally but I want to add on to it, IE with video and flashing lights so no a gif will not work in this situation

    You will probably want to add the animation or flashes to different images and then animate them in flash
