at 436 x 600 the image you want included will not scale correctly so to have that image in a flash file the image will be smaller than the movie itself (ie boder either side, or the image will have to be skewed? Do you want to revise the flash video to suit the scale? 600 x 600 works otherwise to fit into the height 436..can go 436 x 436 let me know, i'll have a go at something.

As far as the size of the video, you guys know better than I do about that stuff. What I would say is that I dont want the picture to be the whole scene, I want it to be part of the scene with a black background. I will add another day or so to this contest since my directions aren't the best....
