Flash Animation needed

    I need a coder for flash animation services. I want a flash animation out of a file I have. You can view the picture here: www.huggiep.com. It's the Little Huggie P. I want this flash animation to be able to be sent via text (MMS) to mobile phones. If this is something you can do, please let me know. Size should be 250 x 250.
