    Hi guys.

    I need a flash animation done. It should be very simple for someone with the skills.

    It needs to be 900 x 400 pixels.

    It needs to be a black background with a white line that draws a city skyline. Once the skyline is drawn several lights should turn on in the building.

    Remember the Frasier show? Like that but with a different skyline:
