Flash Animation, Banners

Hi guys.
I am new to flash animations and were wondering what i could use for making simple flash animations without the need of knowing the code?
Which are the programs that make flash simple for newbies?

I want to use the flash animations in wordpress.

Well you don't need to know the alot of code in flash out of just "stop" command... Make your animation you want to make and if you want to stop in last just put it "stop();" at the last frame or let me know i can do it for free for you..
